1. What size are the storage units?
Each unit offers approximately 76 ft² (7.05 m²) of private storage space, ideal for furniture, boxes, business inventory, bicycles, surfboards, tools, and personal belongings.
2. What can I store in my unit?
You can store furniture, household items, business inventory, sports equipment, tools, seasonal decorations, luggage, and other personal belongings.
Hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable food, illegal items, and live animals are not permitted.
3. How secure are the storage units?
Our facility is equipped with security cameras and controlled access to help protect your belongings. Each storage unit is private and individually secured.
8. Can I reserve a unit before opening?
Yes! We are currently accepting reservations for our first available units. Contact us to secure yours.
9. Do you offer shelving or storage accessories?
Yes. Selected units are available with industrial shelving installed, and additional storage accessories will be introduced as our facility grows.
10. Where is Storage27 located?
Storage27 is conveniently located in 27 de Abril, Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, just minutes from Tamarindo, Playa Negra, Avellanas, Junquillal, and surrounding communities.
4. Can I drive directly to my storage unit?
Yes. Our drive-up access allows you to park close to your unit, making loading and unloading quick and convenient.
5. What are your rental rates?
We currently offer two options:
Standard Storage Unit – Starting at US$145/month (introductory pricing).
Storage Unit with Industrial Shelving – Starting at US$160/month, including a heavy-duty 4-tier metal shelving unit.
6. Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required when signing the rental agreement.
7. What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is one month, with flexible month-to-month renewals available.
